The interruption of streaming media quotes usually occurs due to the loss of internet connection. In the desktop terminal, you can check the connection status in the lower right corner. If you see a blue icon or no connection sign, your connection will be lost.

In the mobile app, the status is displayed in the upper left corner of the side menu.

Please note that cryptocurrencies are also quoted on weekends. For other instruments, the quotation will be “frozen”.
