This FAQ explains the possible reasons why you can’t trade in Tickmill’s $30 Welcome Bonus account.
If you can get/receive the 30 USD No Deposit Bonus first of all, please visit the FAQ here.
If you have already opened Tickmill’s $30 No Deposit Bonus account but you can’t trade/order positions, one of the following cases may apply.
1. 90 days passed since the registration
The Welcome Account is available for trading for 90 days from the day of opening.
Once 90 days have passed, trading will be disabled but the Welcome Account will still be accessible for an additional 30 days to claim the earned profit.
2. Performed restricted trading strategies
There are several trading strategies that are not allowed on Tickmill’s Welcome Account, which are:
- Use of Expert Advisers (EAs)
- Hedging trading positions internally or externally and thus avoiding market risk, is considered to be an abuse.*
Also using the failures in the quote flow for getting guaranteed profit or any other form of fraudulent activities are considered to be an abuse.
3. Made profit withdrawal
Once the profit transfer is completed, the Welcome Account will be disabled and no further trading will be possible.
A minimum of 30 USD and a maximum of 100 USD of profit can be transferred from the Welcome Account.
4. Violation of Promotion rules
Tickmill reserves the right to reject a bonus request or block the Welcome Account, if there is a partial or complete match of IP address or other signs of Welcome Accounts belonging to the same person.
If you still can’t figure out why you can trade in the Welcome Account, you may contact to the support team from Tickmill Official Website.
